  4. Public events: sharing with common networks offline/online.
Implementation:
  1. Selection of participants.
  2. EA (enterprise architecture) reviews.
  3. Best algorithmic reactions to foster cooperations between participants.
  4. Progression to plans, review, updates and assesments.
  5. Beta testings (pilot programs). 
  6. Analysis of connecting poins.
  7. Monitoring results and upgrades.
