Job-Share - a life upgrade for those in need -

The world doesn't need a new economy:  we need a change of heart. Job sharing is nothing new ( learn more ), what is new is to give the chance to people with a disability to increase their jobs' pool by adding some of the goodies that 'normal' people take for granted such as: Job experience, Training, and Job networking. What makes this algorithm different? Well, we aim for: Freedom: Set up a blocked-chained neural network to continue and improve these activities, Community: Link with community groups to help with fundraising, and Sharing: Allow people to share some hours of their work with a person with a disability. Stages: Learning from "what works": One good example is "Be twice the doctor" (From Barbara May foundation), in which a doctor can donate a day's wage. "Sydney Local Health District, along with South Western Sydney LHD, have been supporting Barbara May Foundation, and the work of Australians Valerie Browning AM and Dr And
