Virtual Care Connect: Empowering Myanmar's Civilians, Children, and People with Disabilities through Australian Case Managers

Virtual Care Connect is a comprehensive project that aims to uplift and empower civilians, children, and people with disabilities in Myanmar. By addressing their unique needs of organisations that support civilians to: provide inclusive education, healthcare, economic opportunities, and promote community integration, the project seeks to build a more inclusive and equitable society where all individuals can thrive.

It is a "sister cities'" philosophy on a "peer-to-peer" basis
