Job-Share - a life upgrade for those in need -

The world doesn't need a new economy: we need a change of heart.

Job sharing is nothing new (learn more), what is new is to give the chance to people with a disability to increase their jobs' pool by adding some of the goodies that 'normal' people take for granted such as:

  1. Job experience,
  2. Training, and
  3. Job networking.
What makes this algorithm different? Well, we aim for:
  1. Freedom: Set up a blocked-chained neural network to continue and improve these activities,
  2. Community: Link with community groups to help with fundraising, and
  3. Sharing: Allow people to share some hours of their work with a person with a disability.
Stages:
  1. Learning from "what works": One good example is "Be twice the doctor" (From Barbara May foundation), in which a doctor can donate a day's wage. "Sydney Local Health District, along with South Western Sydney LHD, have been supporting Barbara May Foundation, and the work of Australians Valerie Browning AM and Dr Andrew Browning to provide maternal health care services and prevent death during child birth for a number of years." -read more-
  2. Activating the tools: by posting the hours in your social network (just let us know by sending us a note -click here-), we'll take care of the rest (passing it in our neural networks),
  3. Starting slow: just post one hour per month, or donate to a charity some hours of your work (some of them are tax deductible),
  4. Come to local activities: there are local activities (from coffees, meals, walks, etc.) to meet the local networks and learn more (posted in our twitter).
Select how to start:
  1. For participants: Click here if you are a person (or friend) with a disability.
  2. For sponsors: Organisations or businesses click here.
  3. Charities: seeking fundraising? Click here to start a donations' program.
  4. I just want to know more: click me to learn more (send us a message).

Note: this algorithm was written by a group of coders (Friday 10/Dec/2021, 8pm at Mr. Percivals) and it's shared free of charge.
